Built in China's Trailer Capital
Sigma Vehicle is based in Quanpu Town, Liangshan County, Shandong Province — the heart of China's largest trailer manufacturing cluster, where more than 300 trailer factories operate side by side. This concentration of suppliers gives us direct access to steel, axles, suspension and brake components at factory-cluster pricing, with no middlemen.
Founded in 2015, we combine that supply-chain advantage with our own welding, assembly and finishing lines. The result: export-grade trailers at prices only a factory in Liangshan can offer.
What We Build
37 Models, One Standard
Our range covers 27 types of semi-trailers — flatbeds, lowbeds, skeleton container carriers, fuel and powder tankers, dump and tipping trailers, wind-blade transporters and modular heavy-haul units. Every chassis is configured to your market: axle count, payload, king pin, suspension and braking system.
We also supply 10 models of commercial trucks — tractor heads, dump trucks and mixer trucks from HOWO, Shacman, FAW and Foton — so fleets can source trailers and prime movers in a single order.

Sigma trailers and trucks work every day in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, Russia and the CIS states. We understand regional regulations — from Gulf over-dimension rules to African road-train configurations — and build accordingly.
Every order ships with full export documentation. We arrange RoRo and container sea freight, handle customs paperwork, and keep after-sales parts moving to your workshop long after delivery.

Every unit leaving our factory passes a multi-point inspection covering the full build — from chassis welding to final paint. You receive factory test certificates, VIN plates and a complete documentation package for customs clearance at destination.
