Cement Tanker Trailer

Every bulk cement trailer we build uses a W-shape tank split into 3 to 4 pressure vessels, so operators load different cement grades or switch to fly ash without cross-contamination between compartments. Air compressors mounted on the tractor or a dedicated PTO unit push product out through discharge pipes at the rear, cutting unloading time to under an hour for a full 60 m³ load. Tank Configuration and Volume

The cement tanker trailer comes in 30, 40, 50, and 66 cubic meter tank sizes, built as either a single silo or split into 3-4 sealed compartments. A round tank profile keeps the load low and stable on rough roads, while the W-shape design packs more volume into the same wheelbase, which matters when height restrictions apply at the plant gate. Every bulk cement tanker we roll off the line gets a 6-8mm shell wall, pressure-rated to 0.2 MPa, tested before it ships. Operators who also carry liquid fuel between cement runs often add a Fuel Tanker Trailer to the same order for a mixed fleet.

Pneumatic Discharge System

Unloading runs off a PTO-driven air compressor or a standalone diesel unit mounted at the front of the chassis, feeding fluidizing pads under the tank floor that turn packed cement into a flowable state. A full 60 m³ load clears in 45-60 minutes through the rear discharge pipe and quick-connect coupler, matched to the customer's blower truck fitting size. We also offer the standalone pneumatic cement trailer version without a built-in compressor for fleets that already run mobile blower units, which lowers tare weight and raises payload on routes with clear plant discharge equipment. Chassis and Axle Rating

Three 13-ton axles carry the loaded tank on mechanical or air suspension, with a 2-inch kingpin sized for standard fifth wheels across export markets. Tare weight runs near 8,200 kg, leaving 35 to 45 tons of payload depending on tank material and compartment count. This chassis platform is shared with our Water Tanker Trailer and Bitumen Tanker Trailer lines, so spare axles, brake chambers, and suspension parts stay interchangeable for operators running mixed tanker fleets out of one yard.

Ordering and Certification

Every cement trailer ships with a hydrostatic pressure test report, weld inspection record, and compartment volume certificate for customs clearance. Standard lead time runs 30-35 days from deposit for a stock tank configuration, or 40 days for custom compartment splits and paint.
